Check brake fluid level



NOTE
The brake fluid level depends on the degree of wear of the brake pads.

ATTENTION
Do not mix brake fluid with fluids containing mineral oil (oil, petrol, cleaning agents). Contact with mineral oils in the brake system will cause damage to seals and lip seals brake system.
Brake fluid is poisonous. Do not spill the brake fluid on the paintwork, as this will damage it.
Brake fluid is hygroscopic - absorb moisture from the surrounding air. Therefore, keeping the brake fluid is allowed only in closed containers.
If you find drops of brake fluid flush with plenty of water.

NOTE
To brake fluid does not leak from the tank should not exceed the MAX mark 1 (Fig. 6.5).

The brake fluid level at the interval Inspection Service
Brake fluid should always be judged on the basis of the degree of wear of brake pads.
At movement due to wear and automatic adjustment of the brake pads brake fluid level is slightly reduced.

Recommended brake fluid level in the almost completely worn out brake pads
In the MIN and slightly above its 2, the brake fluid topped up should not be.

Recommended brake fluid level under new or nearly new brake pads
Between the MIN and MAX.

ATTENTION
If the brake fluid level has dropped below the MIN 2, before topping it should be carried out diagnosis of brake system for leaks.
