Leak test pressure

To conduct the test, proceed to the braking system and its operation and leaks (hydraulic unit, brake lines, brake lines and brake calipers) should be okay.
Remove the bleeder plug to pump one of the front brake calipers. Connect the pressure gauge and make pumping.
Create pressure on the brake pedal to gauge showed an overpressure of 50 bar. During the inspection within 45 spadenie pressure must not exceed 4 bar. At higher pressure drop, replace the brake master cylinder.

NOTE
Brake fluid is poisonous. Do not allow brake fluid to paint, as this will damage it.
Brake fluid is hygroscopic - attracts moisture from the surrounding air. Storage brake fluid is allowed only in closed containers.
If you find drops of brake fluid - rinse with plenty of water.
For pumping the hydraulic unit must create a pressure of at least 2 bar.

Pre-pumping
Connect the device for filling and bleeding the brake system or.
The sequence of pumping:
1 - at the same time bleed the front left and right calipers
2 - at the same time bleed the rear left and right brake calipers
Bleeder plug with a hose connection to pump capacity must remain open as long as the liquid begins to flow without bubbles.
Then, using the ?Grundeinstellung / Basic Setup" again bleed the hydraulic unit using a tester.

Bleeding (major)
Strictly follow the order of work on pumping the brake system.
Connect the device for filling and bleeding the brake system.
Open the bleeder plug in a prescribed sequence and bleed the brake calipers.
1 - Front left brake caliper.
2 - Front right brake caliper.
3 - Rear left brake caliper.
4 - Rear right brake caliper.
Use a suitable hose to pump. He has to sit tight in the bleeder plug to the braking system did not get air.
Brake caliper bleeder plug with the attached hose container must remain open as long as the liquid begins to flow without bubbles.

Additional pumping
Press firmly and hold the brake pedal.

NOTE
To perform this work requires an assistant.

Open the bleed nipple of the brake caliper.
Press the brake pedal until it stops.
Close fitting, without releasing the button to lock the brake pedal.
Slowly release the brake pedal.
The process of pumping to be repeated 5 times for each brake caliper.
The sequence of pumping.
1 - Front left brake caliper
2 - Right front brake caliper
3 - Rear left brake caliper
4 - Rear right brake caliper
After leveling should be made a test drive. It should at least once to slow down so that worked ABS
Install the rear wheels.
