Replacement of the plug (G) of the lower arm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the special tool on the lower arm.
	2. Squeeze the plug.
3. Apply soap solution following details: - The outer surface of the new plug; - The inner surface of the lower arm mounting sleeve.
	4. The special tool establish a new hub in the lower arm.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the bushing for wear and deterioration of her condition.
2. Check the lower arm in the absence of bending or damage.
3. Check the dust cover ball joint for cracks.
4. Check all bolts.
	5. Check the torque that must be applied to crank pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
6. If there are cracks in the protective cover, replace the ball joint.
7. Several times rocking from side to side of the pin of the ball joint of the lower arm.
8. Measure the torque required for the rotation trunnion ball joint of the lower arm. Torque: 3.5-10 N ??? m
9. If the torque exceeds the allowable value, replace the ball joint.
10. If the torque is significantly lower than the allowable value, the ball joint can be reused if it is not jammed and is not excessive backlash.
