Removing and installing / adjustable hood
MAZDA 323 10/89 vol. Remove the parts in the sequence. Pre disconnect a cable of weight from the battery.  | This data is erased from the memory of malfunctions of the engine or a protective code of a radio receiver. Before disconnecting the battery should read instructions in Section Removal and installation of the battery. After installing the battery, connect the cable weight and, if available, set the clock and set the security code radio. |
Withdrawal | - Open the hood.
- Remove the supply hose washer nozzles.
- Mark installation position of the hood, this circle nut or bolt hinged marker.
 | - Release screws / nuts on the hinge and remove the hood. This requires the help of an assistant. Before loosening the hinge screws to put between the bonnet and the body tissue to protect the lacquer surfaces.

Setting | - Install the hood, screw the nuts / bolts, align the hood and tighten the bolts.
- Attach the hose nozzle wiper.

Adjustable hood | - Loosen the bolts on the hinge and tighten the hood so that the hood could still move. Adjust the hood according to the specified size. On vehicles with a 9/85 on 9/89 MY. Align the hood so that it was parallel and equidistant from all arranged around elements.
 | - Loosen the two screws securing the bonnet so that the castle was still moving. Sedan / Compact

 | - Move the lock so that the closed hood is flush with wings and locking hook firmly entered into the locking bracket of the hood. Tighten bolts to 10 Nm torque nut to 25 Nm.
