Removing and installing / door adjustment
Remove the parts in the sequence. Pre disconnect a cable of weight from the battery. MAZDA 323 with No. 10/89  Withdrawal | - Remove the door trim.
- Disable the multi-connector, for example, window motor, electrically adjustable mirrors, central locking device.
- Knock pin -2- on the door latch up with a hammer and punch.
- Unscrew the screws on the hinges of the door. Pre-mark the mounting position for the bolt heads of the circle marker. Remove the door by using the assistant.

Setting | - Insert, align and secure the door.
 | If you want to align the door to the new, must first remove the lock. |
- Insert the top door brake pin.
- Connect the electrical connectors and install the door trim.
- If necessary, adjust the door.
- Install the door lock.

Adjusting the door | - The door needs to be adjusted, if it is properly locked and after its withdrawal.
- Loosen wedge the doors on so much that it could move the rubber hammer blows. This requires a Phillips screwdriver or screwdriver for internal TORX the bolt.
