|   1. Remove the machine parts that prevent access to the appropriate cover cast holes.  | 
|   2. Insert a screwdriver or chisel on the narrow edge of the cover.  | 
    |   3. Gently bumped into the locking cap (121) on the one hand as long as it does not turn by 90 ?°.  | 
    |   4. Turn the cover pull using tongs.  | 
    |   5. Carefully clean the hole of the molten fat.  Sealing surface (arrow) must be free of deposits.  | 
|   6. Cover the sealing surface with sealant (eg, Loctite N241 or Curil).  | 
    |   7 will drive a new sealing cap suitable pin.  Allow to cure the sealant in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (about 45 min.).  | 
|   8. Place the disassembled parts of the unit.  | 
|   9. Fill up with coolant.  | 
|   10. Warm up the engine, check the coolant level and sealing lids of cast holes.  |
