Steering linkage
 
   Track rod and steering linkage arms are connected to each other by means of ball joints and do not understand.    Withdrawal    Check  |   PERFORMANCE ORDER  |    1. Move the joints of the spigot.  With increased ease of travel, or if there is a gap, replace the tip of the arm steering linkage.    A warning    Left hinge trapezoid is only for turning (not tilted). 
 
  |    2. Check the anthers for damage and leaks (protrusion of grease contained within them).  If the anthers are damaged, replace the tip of the rod, respectively, traction since  dirt gets inside incapacitates hinge in a short time.    A warning    If the cuff is damaged only when removing, it is sufficient to replace the cuff.

   Setting  |   PERFORMANCE ORDER  |  |   1. Clean the grease from the hinge pins of the trapezoid, and the seats in the control arm.  |  |   2. Insert the hinge pins into the cones corresponding levers.  |  |   3. Wrap the new self-locking nut holding the pin with the Allen key and tighten the nuts to 50 Nm  |  |   4. Screw the steering damper with the new self-locking nut, tightening it to a torque of 35 Nm  to the steering rod.  |  |   5. Put the front wheels so that when removing coincided marking.  Screw the wheel.  Remove the car with supports and tighten the wheel bolts to a torque of 110 Nm  crosswise.  |    6. Check the toe.    A warning    For safety, before beginning a trip again, make sure that all joints rods set new self-locking nuts and they are tightened to the correct torque.
