| 1. Disconnect from the magnetic switch 15 (see. Fig. Details starter) the output winding. |
| 2. Remove the bolts 12 and remove the traction relay 15 Disengage the lever 23. |
| 3. Remove bolts 1 and remove cover 3 and washer 4. |
| 4. Remove the lock washer 5 and 6 shims. |
| 5. Loosen the screws 32 and remove the cover 8. |
| 6. Pull the brush out of the brush holder 27, 9 and remove the brush holder. |
| 7. Remove the starter from the windings 25. |
| 8. Raise the vehicle. |
| 9. Unscrew the nut 21, remove the axis 24 of the lever and remove the lever 23. |
| 10. To remove the rotor 26 with the drive 20 of the cover 10, it is necessary to put the rotor with the lid and vertically by using a tube of a suitable diameter as the mandrel knock protection ring 1 (see. Fig. Removal of the rotor) with two spring rings. |
| 11. Remove the snap ring 2 and remove the cover of the rotor 4. |
| 12. Clamp the rotor 26 (see. Fig. Details starter) in a vice and remove the drive shaft of the rotor assembly 20. The actuator can not be disassembled. If it is defective, it should be replaced. |
