Check of adjustment of headlights

A warning

Adjusting headlights requires special equipment and is produced at a service station.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Adjust tire pressure in accordance with normative data.

2. Fill the tank for at least 90%.

3. Place the vehicle on a level surface at a distance of 10 m from the wall.

4. Load the car load of 75 kg (one person in the driver's seat).

5. Measure the distance from the middle of the lamp to the ground.

6. Make a note on the wall in a line at a distance measured in the preceding paragraph.

7. Turn on the dipped headlights.

8. Measure the distance between the wall and the boundary line deposited headlamp: for ordinary lamps boundary light should be at 120 mm below the line for fog lamps - 200 mm.
