Withdrawal



Water Pump Diesel Engine

1 - a bolt;

2 - the guide roller;

3 - a bolt;

4 - the water pump;

5 - a sealing ring

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
2. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
3. Remove the serpentine belt.
TDI diesel engines
4. Remove the pipe connecting the radiator nadduvaemogo air intake manifold.
5. Replace the first cylinder to TDC in the compression stroke.
6. Loosen the timing belt and remove it from a camshaft pulley, the pulley of the fuel pump and the water pump pulley.
A warning

Using a clean cloth, protect the toothed belt from the coolant by water pump.

7. Remove the bolt (1) and remove the guide roller (2) from the engine.
8. Remove the three screws and remove water pump. Remove the ring seal from the water pump.
