Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clean the mounting surface of the sealing ring.

2. Lubricate the new O-ring with fresh coolant, and install it at the pump.

3. Set the water pump so that the pump housing has plug bottom.

4. Secure the water pump bolts, having tightened their moment of 15 Nm.

5. Set the guide roller and secure it with a new bolt, having tightened its moment of 40 Nm dovernuv at an angle of 90 ?°.

6. Install the timing belt.

7. Install the V-ribbed belt.

TDI diesel engines

8. Install the pipe connecting the radiator nadduvaemogo air intake manifold, and fix it with clamps.

9. Fill the coolant in the engine cooling system.
