| 1. Clean the surface mating with the sealing ring. |
| 2. Set the thermostat in place. On gasoline engines 1,8-I and diesel engines set the thermostat and turn it 90 ?° clockwise. The thermostat is to be installed so that the channel for removal of air was directed upward. |
| 3. Coat the new O-ring with fresh coolant and replace. |
| 4. Install the connecting pipe and tighten its bolts, having tightened their moment of 15 Nm. |
| 5. Fill the coolant in the cooling system. |

| 6. Replace the air conditioning compressor and tighten bolts to 45 Nm compressor. Install poly V-belt. |
| 7. Start the engine and check the tightness of the cooling system. |
