Adjusting the gearshift
 
   Before making the adjustment, it is necessary to check the reliability of the switching of gears as follows:    - Check that the shift lever at idle is in "neutral";    - All transfer switch.  They should be incorporated safely, without jamming.  Particular attention is paid to the blocking of a backing;    - Engage first gear;    - In gear pick clearance leverage switch, which convert light touch gearshift lever slightly to the left;

   - A gap (Fig.  216) between the gear lever and the stop lever in the housing should be 1 to 1.5 mm.    If adjustment is required, proceed as follows:    - To transfer the gear lever to the "neutral";

   - Loosen indicated in Fig.  217 nuts and bolts of a clip (the place indicated by the arrow).  After that, pull the shift lever and the lever should move very freely;    - Moved accordingly thrust shift lever back and forth and retighten the retaining clip.  Again, check the operation of the shift lever, as previously described;    - If you need further adjustment, loosen the screw B (see. Fig.  216) and change the position of the eccentric (in the direction indicated by the arrow).
