Substitution cuff camshaft
Remove the timing belt.
Remove the bolt of a pulley of a gear belt of a camshaft and remove a pulley.

To remove the seal, use the puller in 2085 (Fig. 3.4.51). Remove the inside of the puller six turns of the outer part of the stripper rigidly fix both parts.
Install the puller on a camshaft and strongly pressing, screw it into the sealing sleeve. Unlock both sides of the puller and turning the inside of the puller, remove the sealing sleeve. Remove the rubber sealing collar with a stripper.
Clean the installation location of the seal.
Before installing a new seal, lubricate it with engine oil a working edge and an outer surface.

Mandrel 3241 (Fig. 3.4.52) set the sealing sleeve on a camshaft and using pulley bolt, press in the seal of the slot.
Establish a pulley of a gear belt of a camshaft and timing belt.

Removing the camshaft
Before disconnecting the battery, check whether you have the code switch on the radio.
Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove the cylinder head cover.
Remove a gear belt from a camshaft pulley.

Remove the screws and remove the upper section of the rear toothed belt 2 (see. Fig. 3.4.47).
Remove the screws and remove the left and right 1 3 back casing of a gear belt.

Unscrew the nuts and remove the retaining plate and pull the top, remove the nozzle (Fig. 3.4.53).
Marker Mark the position rocker.
Remove the bearing cap bolts and remove the camshaft.

Installation of a camshaft
Check that the crankshaft was fixed set screw 3242.
Remove from the cylinder head stud located opposite the end of the camshaft.
Make sure that the persistent half rings are in place.
Check the condition and position of the rocker arms and hydraulic tappets.

Install the intake camshaft in place so that in the end of the shaft can be installed device 3458 (Fig. 3.4.54).

Install bearing caps 1 and 5, and secure with screws (Fig. 3.4.55).
Install the exhaust camshaft in place so that in the end of the shaft can be installed device 3458.
Install bearing caps 0 and 4, and secure them with screws (see. Fig. 3.4.55).
Re-check the position of the rocker arms and hydraulic tappets.
Clean the gasket surface of the cylinder head and the outer camshaft cover.

Apply the gasket surface of the right inner rear cover a thin layer of sealant (Fig. 3.4.56).

Place applying a layer of sealant to the outer rear or front right cover

Apply the gasket surface of the outer rear or front right cover a thin layer of sealant (Fig. 3.4.57).
Install the outer cover.
Install the rest of the cover and torque tighten the nuts of their fastening.
Screw the pin.
Further installation is carried out in reverse order of removal.
Install the timing belt.
Install the cylinder head cover.
Wait 30 Mindo starting the engine, the hydraulic tappets have come back to normal, because otherwise the pistons may hit the valves.
