Installation of the drive shaft



Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Failure of the outer CV joint must be replaced. When mounted on the drive shaft CV joint press-fit plastic hammer to fix its lock ring.
When assembling the need to use new self-locking nut and bolt of the outer joint of the drive shaft to the hub, as well as new collars and O-rings supplied with the repair kit.
Install the drive shaft to the front wheel hub and screw to the drive flange gearbox M8 tightening torque of 40 Nm and M10 bolts to 70 N ?� m.

Install the upper wishbones all the way into the steering knuckle and secure with bolt and nut tightening torque 40 Nm (see. Fig. 10.5).
Install the steering knuckle sensor ABS.
Apply a thin layer of grease on the collar of the hub centering disc wheels. Install the wheel and secure it with screws. Lower the car and tighten the wheel bolts to torque.
Replace and tighten the new bolts external hinges drive shafts to the front wheel torque of 190 Nm, and then further tighten them at an angle of 180 ?�. Bolts drive shafts to the front wheel hub, tighten only on the car standing on wheels.
