Service "Inspektions-Service" every 15 000 km or 12 months



On vehicles manufactured through 1999, after driving a car 15,000 km and appears on the display ?�SERVISE OEL?� must perform following operations on the services.
Change engine oil and oil filter.
Check the accuracy of the lights, turn indicators, hazard warning lights and the luggage compartment lamp.
Check of work and adjustment of wipers, windscreen, headlamp cleaning system and headlight wipers (if any). If necessary, adjust the nozzle and pour the liquid in the tank filling system.
Check and adjust the brush unit in the starting position and the angular position of the wiper leashes.
Display information from the memory control units all systems are tested in self-diagnosis using VAG-1551 or VAS 5051.
Lubricate locks doors and fixing fingers.
Check the electrolyte level in the battery. If necessary, add distilled water.
Control survey to check the engine for no leaks and damage.
Checking the level and density of the cooling liquid.
Replace the fuel filter (diesel engines to 4BYN number 002118).
Control survey to check for the absence of leaks and damage the gearbox, main gear and protective covers universal joints.
Check the oil level in the gearbox and final drive housing. If necessary, add oil.
Replace engine oil. Replace the oil filter.
Control survey to check the brake system for leaks and damage.
Check the thickness of the front and rear brake linings.
Control survey to check protective cover underbody damage.
Check the exhaust system is mounted on, no leaks and damage.
Check the play in the tie rod end, as well as the reliability of their fastening and state covers.
Check the covers of constant velocity joints in the absence of leaks and damage.
Check tread depth and pattern of wear on all tires, including the spare wheel mounted on. Check and, if necessary, to bring back to normal tire pressure.
Check the brake fluid level matching the actual brake pad wear.
Every 30 000 km
Perform the operations that are carried out at a service at run of 15 000 km.
Clear guides hatch and apply silicone.
Replace the pollen filter.
Check the condition and tension of the toothed belt camshaft drive (engines 2, 5 TDI).
Check toothed belt drive of the fuel pump (only vehicles with diesel engines V6).
Check the condition and width of the toothed belt camshaft drive (four-cylinder diesel engines to 4BYN number 002887).
Check and adjust the headlights.
Every 60 000 km
Perform the operations that are carried out at a service at run of 15 000 and 30 000 km.
Check the pressure in the crankcase engine AFB, AKN, the presence of oil leakage.
Rinse the air filter and replace the filter element.
Replace the spark plug.
Check the fluid level in the power steering gear, if necessary, add a liquid.
Replace the fuel filter (only vehicles with diesel TDI engines with pump / nozzle).
Transmission Multitronic: replace oil.
Every 90 000 km
Perform the operations that are carried out at a service at run of 15 000, 30 000, 60, 000 km.
Replace toothed belt and tension roller (Only cars with four-cylinder diesel engine AFN).
Replace toothed belt and tension roller (Only cars with four-cylinder diesel engines with pump / nozzle).
After every 120 000 km
Perform the operations that are carried out at a service at run of 15 000, 30 000, 60, 000 km.
Replace the V-belts and V-ribbed belt (only cars with petrol engines of 1.8 liters 5V).
Replace ribbed belt (only vehicles with six-cylinder petrol engines up to 1999).
Replace timing belt (only cars with engines of 1.8 liter turbocharged 5V).
Replace timing belt (only cars with engines of 2.4 liters 5V).
Replace toothed belt and tension roller (only cars with engines of 2.7 liters and 2.8 liters 5V).
Replace timing belt camshaft drive and the fuel pump (only vehicles with diesel engines V6).
After every 180 000 km
Perform the operations that are carried out at a service at run of 15 000, 30 000, 60, 000 km.
Replace timing belt (only cars with engines of 1.8 liters 5V, except for engines with turbocharger).
Replace timing belt (only cars with engines of 2.0 liters 5V).
