Remove the screws and remove the engine cover (see. Fig. 3.4.1).

Unscrew the heater exhaust pipe and additional heater noise insulation (see. Fig. 6.34).

Remove the screws and remove the two sections of the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment (see. Fig. 3.4.2).
Remove the front bumper.
On the left front side of the engine compartment, remove the screw fastening the bracket supporting the air-conditioning duct system.
Install the front transverse panel in service position.

Remove the bolt radiator fan with viscous coupling, keeping the axis of rotation of the fan the other wrench (Fig. 6.37).
Remove the left and right casings of a gear belt.

Remove the screws and remove the V-belt casing (Fig. 6.38).
Remove the lower section of the oil pan.
Remove the oil filler cap.

The label on the camshaft during installation in the first cylinder in the compression stroke TDC.

For pulley bolt, rotate the crankshaft in the direction of working rotation until the marking ?�OT?� (TDC) on the camshaft in the oil filler hole (Fig. 6.39).

Secure crankshaft in this position. To do this, remove the cylinder TDC sensor, and instead tighten the set screw 3242 (Fig. 6.40).

Remove the two screws and remove the septum (Fig. 6.41).
Remove the screw-cap 2 (see. Fig. 6.41), and instead tighten the set screw 3204 fixing the balancer shaft.

Loosen but do not remove the bolt 1 sprocket oil pump (Fig. 6.42).
Loosen but do not remove the bolt sprocket balancer shaft (see. Fig. 6.42).
Remove banjo bolts 4 securing the oil pump and oil pipe balance shaft and bolt 2 bracket of oil line and remove the oil line.
Remove the two screws and remove the discharge oil line.
Remove the mounting bolts of the intermediate sprocket and remove it.
Remove the bolts and remove the asterisk from the oil pump shaft.

Remove the bolts and remove the oil pump (Fig. 6.43).
Place the pump in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
Before installing, make sure that the set screws 3242 and 3204 are in place.
Tighten the bolt of an asterisk of the oil pump.
