Withdrawal



Before disconnecting the battery, check whether you have the code switch on the radio.
Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Vehicles with four-cylinder engines

Disconnect and move aside the electrical connectors (Fig. 9.1):
1 - the engine of the secondary air pump (only with engine code ANB);
2 - from the valve ACF;
3 - from the switch;
4 - from the air flow meter;
5 - solenoid valve control pressure increases
Disconnect hoses (see. Fig. 9.1) and remove the air filter housing.
Unscrew the expansion tank and move it aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the lambda probe and move them aside.
Remove the turbocharger mounting nuts to the reception exhaust pipe.

Loosen the hose clamps and remove air pipe A (Fig. 9.2).
Unscrew expansion tank B (Fig. 9.2) and move it to the side without disconnecting from it hoses.
3337 special tool, remove the lambda probe from the left and right exhaust pipes and move them aside.

All models
Completely remove the upper bolts of a transmission to the engine.

Remove the screws indicated by arrows in Fig. 9.3, and remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
Turn out bolts and remove an arm of the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.

Vehicles with four-cylinder engines
Remove the bolts thermofilter casing above the right drive shaft.

Remove the bolts of the right support transmission (Fig. 9.4).
Take down the catalytic converter with a reception exhaust pipe.

Vehicles with six-cylinder engines
Loosen the bolts and remove a protective casing located above the left and right drive shafts.

Unscrew left and right reception exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter (Fig. 9.5).

Remove the front left side of the gearbox the engine speed sensor and move it to the side (Fig. 9.6).

All models
Loosen the screws and disconnect the internal hinge drive shafts from the gearbox. Using a soft wire, suspend the inner ends of the drive shaft to the body.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the speedometer

Disconnect the electrical connector from the reverse switch (multifunction switch) B (see. Fig. 9.7).
Remove the starter mounting bolts, remove it and fix the engine without disconnecting the wires from it.
Disconnect the other connectors and wire connection with "weight" of the transmission.
Remove the bolt

A (Fig. 9.8) and remove the control rod transmission.
Remove the bolt in (Fig. 9.8) with the head of the hexagon socket and disconnect draft of a gear change from a transmission.

Remove the two screws and remove thermofilter transfer case and propeller shaft (Fig. 9.9).
Remove the screws, remove the propeller shaft from the transfer case and a soft wire fix the bracket of fuel tubes.

Remove the lower bolts of a transmission to the engine, with the exception of the bolts on the sides of the flange gearbox (Fig. 9.10).
Fix a transmission jack special tool, install a transmission jack and lift so that the weight of the gearbox perceived jack.
In the absence of special tools for removal of the gearbox support a transmission a jack through wooden bar.

Vehicles with four-cylinder engines

Location bolts left (2) and right (3) supports the gearbox on the rubber pad and the gearbox (1) on cars with four-cylinder engines

Remove the screws 2 (Fig. 9.11) fastenings of the left support of a transmission to a rubber cushion.

Vehicles with six-cylinder engines

Remove the bolts left and right gearbox support (Fig. 9.12).

All models
Remove the remaining two screws on transmission to the engine (see. Fig. 9.10).
Move the transmission from the engine and lower it a little in order to gain access to the clutch slave cylinder.

Remove the clutch slave cylinder and a soft wire, attach it to the body (Fig. 9.13). Do not disconnect from the clutch slave cylinder hydraulic hose and do not press the clutch pedal.
Carefully lower the gearbox and pull it out from under the car.
