Installation manual transmission



Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Check the condition of the clutch.
Clean the spline part of the primary shaft of the gearbox and grease with a thin layer of special greasing G 000 100. The lubricant layer should be thin and uniform, since the coupling work excessive grease will be thrown on the clutch surface that may cause undesired operation.
Grease 381,351 TE on the head of a pusher, matched with the release lever.
Make sure that the engine block mounted guides for centering the gearbox.
Lift, attach the transmission to the engine and set the clutch slave cylinder.
Move the transmission to the engine so that the gearbox output shaft splines entered the clutch disc. To align the splines of transmission input shaft splines clutch plate may have slightly crank the engine. When installing the gearbox input shaft should not hang on a disc clutch.
Move transmission forward, set the clutch to guides cylinder.
Screw the lower bolts of a transmission to the engine.
Install the starter.
Clean the residue from the thread of the locking structure on the drive flange of the propeller shaft.
Attach the propeller shaft to the transmission flange bolts, preliminary having put on a carving of bolts fixing composition.
Connect traction control transmission and traction gear.
Screw the upper bolts of a transmission to the engine.

Secure gearbox support (see. Fig. 9.11, 9.12).

Remove tool for raising the transmission.
Connect to a transmission drive shafts.
Install the protective covers of power shafts and secure them with screws.
Connect the transmission electrical connectors tachometer and the reverse gear.
Establish a reception exhaust pipe.
Check and, if necessary, bring the oil level in the gearbox.
Connect the connection with "weight".
Turn on the radio and enter the code.
Lift up the power window glass until it stops. Then click on all window switches again for at least 1, in the closed position of the control unit to activate windows.
Set the clock.
