Withdrawal
Remove the end of the CV joint retaining ring and end cap. Remove the drive shaft inner CV joint, which screw into the shaft of an old bolt, install the holder on the drive shaft tube mandrel and hitting the bolt with a plastic hammer, casing the joint press them onto the drive shaft, and hold the drive shaft at an angle of about 20 ?�. Remove collars of fastening of a protective cover, and slide the hinge cover on the drive shaft.

Reconstituted marker mark the relative position of the yoke, yoke and drive shaft (Fig. 10.9). Remove the sealing ring from the end of the yoke.

Remove the retaining ring that secures the holder of the hinge to the drive shaft (Fig. 10.10). Using a puller, remove the clip joint with the drive shaft. Remove the hinge with the drive shaft. Thoroughly clean the shaft and the yoke of grease. Check the condition of the joint holder, rollers and hinge body.
