General requirements



1. Any work on the repair and maintenance of the car should be carried out in a spacious, well-ventilated and lit room.
2. Workshop (hoisting machines, machine tools, power tools) must be specially adapted to carry out repair operations (for example, to power portable lighting sources, it is desirable to use a low voltage - 36 or 12, not 220).
3. Do not smoke or use an open flame in the area where the car is, there are lubricants and so on.
4. When working with plumbing tool wear gloves - they not only protect your hands from dirt and scratches and cuts.
5. Any work from the bottom of the car follow the safety glasses.
6. In conducting body repair (putty, painting, polishing) Wear a dust mask and provide additional ventilation.
7. The works associated with the removal and installation of heavy components and assemblies of the car, follow with the assistant.
8. Tanks with fuel and lubricants and paints stored in the workshop, should always be tightly closed. Do not allow such materials in the area falling sparks when using cutting tools.

12. Take special care when repairing vehicles equipped with airbags or pretensioners.
