Removal, check and installation of the electromagnetic valve EGR

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
2. Disconnect the solenoid valve wiring harness connector.
3. Disconnect the hose fittings valve inlet and outlet of the vacuum.
4. Press the latch securing the solenoid valve to the inlet pipe bracket ...
5. ... and remove the valve.
NOTE
Note the labeling on the valve body to the replacement valve to set the same.

6. To check valves attach to a discharge valve nipple medical syringe (it is used as a pump). Push the plunger of the syringe - in the valve pressure to be created (you can feel the aspiration of the syringe plunger back to its original position). Then connect the valve to the conclusions of a DC source voltage of 12 V - the valve should open and the pressure should disappear (syringe plunger will move without resistance all the way). Otherwise, replace the valve.
7. Install the valve in the reverse order of removal.
