Removal, check and installation of the flywheel (manual transmission) or torque converter drive plate (automatic gearbox)
Withdrawal Remove the gearbox and clutch. Remove the flywheel.

Check Check the condition of the contact surface of the flywheel with the clutch disc (no uneven wear or damage). Replace the flywheel if the surface is damaged or significant wear. Measure the run-out of the contact surface of the flywheel with the clutch plate. The nominal value of the flywheel runout: 0.1 mm. Check the condition of the flywheel (for damage, cracks and considerable wear) and replace it if necessary.
Setting Install the flywheel assembly and tighten the bolts specified torque. Tightening torque flywheel bolts: 120-130 Nm.
