Fuel delivery system
Removing the pedals Disconnect the plug and the cable from the lever of the accelerator pedal of the accelerator pedal. Pull the left side of the accelerator pedal, then lift the accelerator pedal to the throttle lever.
Remove the bolts and remove an arm of the accelerator pedal assembly (Fig. 2.391).
Check pedal Check the inner cable and the braided rope of the accelerator pedal for damage. Check freedom of movement of the inner cable of the accelerator pedal in the braid. Check the accelerator pedal arm and the axis of the lever (on the bracket) for deformation. Check the accelerator pedal return spring for wear and deterioration. Check the connection sleeve and the ferrule sheath cable accelerator pedal. Check for proper operation of the accelerator pedal.
Installing the pedal
When you install the return spring on the axis of the accelerator pedal arm, apply multipurpose grease at all points of contact between the spring and the axis of the lever arm with the accelerator pedal (Fig. 2.392). Apply sealant into the holes for bolts, then install the accelerator pedal bracket and tighten bolts. Tightening torque bracket of the accelerator pedal: 8-12 Nm.

Securely mount the plastic plug cable of the accelerator pedal at the end of the accelerator pedal arm (Fig. 2.393).
