Disconnect from the throttle body hose crankcase ventilation (Fig. 2.328).

Cable accelerator pedal
Fig. 2.329. Cable accelerator pedal

Disconnect a cable of an accelerator pedal (Fig. 2.329).
Disconnect from the throttle body coolant hose.
Disconnect the hose valve PCV and brake booster vacuum hose.

Removing the nozzle of a vacuum hose
Fig. 2.330. Removing the nozzle of a vacuum hose

Remove the vacuum hose fitting (Fig. 2.330).

Removing the support bracket of the receiver inlet collector
Fig. 2.331. Removing the support bracket of the receiver inlet collector

Remove the support bracket of the receiver intake manifold (Fig. 2.331).
Before disconnecting the fuel hose from the high pressure fuel manifold relieve residual pressure in the system.

Fuel hoses
Fig. 2.332. Fuel hoses

Disconnect the fuel manifold fuel hoses (Fig. 2.332).

Receiver and laying
Fig. 2.333. Receiver and laying

Remove the receiver and the intake manifold gasket (Fig. 2.333).

Connector injector harness
Fig. 2.334. Connector injector harness

Disconnect the harness connector at the fuel injectors (Fig. 2.334).

Fuel collector
Fig. 2.335. Fuel collector

Remove the fuel manifold with injectors and fuel pressure regulator (Fig. 2.335).

ATTENTION
Be careful not to drop the fuel injectors when removing the reservoir.

Connector coolant temperature sensor
Fig. 2.336. Connector coolant temperature sensor

Disconnect the connector coolant temperature sensor (Fig. 2.336).

Removing the intake manifold
Fig. 2.337. Removing the intake manifold

Remove the intake manifold assembly and gasket (Fig. 2.337).

Check intake manifold and receiver
Check the details for cracks and damage.
Check the condition of the air passage channel, channel outlet and inlet coolant nozzles and vacuum hoses. Clean if necessary

Intake manifold gasket surfaces
Fig. 2.338. Intake manifold gasket surfaces

Using Rulers and feeler gauge, measure the warping of mating plane intake manifold (Fig. 2.338).
The nominal value of flatness: less than 0.15 mm.
Limit: 0.20 mm.

The procedure for tightening bolts on the inlet manifold
