Accessory drive belt

Check the condition and location of the seat belt tension on the pulleys (Fig. 2.73).
Slide the accessory drive belt on the roller tensioner, install the tensioning device and secure it with screws.
If the tension device is already installed to ensure the installation of the belt, remove the bolts and remove the tensioner.
Tightening torque bolts tensioner - 20-27 Nm.
Install the belt as follows:
- Alternator pulley;
- A pulley of power steering pump;
- The crankshaft pulley;
- The air conditioning compressor pulley.

Key 16 mm Turn tensioner clockwise (at an angle of about 14 ?�) and put the belt on the idler pulley (Fig. 2.74).

When installing the belt clip to make sure it passes through the center of the roller (see. Fig. 2.4).
Index tensioner must be between the ?�MIN?� and ?�MAX?�, otherwise replace the belt.
