Check engine oil level

Place the vehicle on level ground.
Stop the engine.
When checking the level, make sure that the oil does not contain any impurities (coolant or gasoline) and has the proper viscosity.

WARNINGS
If the vehicle is unused for a long time to warm up the engine for a few minutes.
Stop the engine, wait 5 minutes and check the engine oil level.

Location tags ?«L?» (1) and ?«F?» (2) on the dipstick (dipstick)
Fig. 2.97. Location tags ?L? (1) and ?F? (2) on the dipstick (dipstick)

Make sure that the oil level is within the range shown on the oil level dipstick. If the oil level is below the mark ?L?, remove the oil filler cap and add oil in small portions as long as the oil level reaches the mark ?F? on the dipstick (Fig. 2.97). If the oil level is at the level of ?L?, at addition about one liter oil level will rise to maximum. Close the filler cap.

A WARNING
When refilling, use the same grade of engine oil.
