Installation of fasteners



Connection bolt nut.
To facilitate tightening and to prevent leakage of the coolant, lubricate the O-ring oil lubrication compressor.
Tighten the nuts of two keys that will eliminate rotation of the air conditioning system tubes.
Tighten bolts and nuts to torque.

Check out the new O-ring for damage (use only the recommended rings) and lubricate with compressor oil. Pressing the handset to the flange with the guide pin, tighten the nut by hand, then tighten to torque (Fig. 9.1).

Handling the pipes and connections.
The internal components of the air conditioning system in a state of chemical stability as long as the used refrigerant and oil containing no moisture. Contact with a slight amount of dirt, moisture, or air may disturb the chemical stability and cause serious damage.
