Wheel balancing

If you violate balancing wheels on the steering wheel will feel the vibration or the body of the car will be shaken periodically. And then, and another is most pronounced at certain speeds due to the vehicle and the uneven distribution of the mass of the wheel about its axis.
1. Violation of static balance reflected in the fact that some parts of the wheel relative to the axis have a different mass. If the wheel is freely mounted on the rotary shaft, it is rotated so that the heavier portion will always be at the bottom. When driving a vehicle in violation of the wheel static balance jumps.
2. Violation of the dynamic balancing of the wheel is shown only at fast rotation of the wheel. If the heavier portion of the wheel is located laterally with respect to median plane of the wheel, when the wheel rotates, it not only leads to the bouncing, but also to its shaking.
3. The wheels should be balanced statically and dynamically. For this purpose, the following two methods:
- The wheel is mounted on the shaft of the balancing machine and rotated the screen visible places imbalance offset by fastening lead of goods;
- To eliminate all kinds of imbalances must be an accurate balance that can also compensate for the imbalance wheel and brake disc. Installed on the car wheels are driven by a high frequency electric motor with a friction disk is determined by the residual imbalance that is offset by fastening lead weight.
