Checking and topping up the hydraulic fluid in the power steering reservoir



You will need: fluid power steering, clean cloth.

NOTE
The hydraulic booster tank top up only fluid recommended by the manufacturer (see. Annex 2).

Checking and topping up the hydraulic fluid in the power steering reservoir
The tank is mounted on a bracket on the right side of the engine compartment next to the support strut front suspension.
On the tank body is marked ?�MAX?� and ?�MIN?�. When warmed up to normal temperature, the engine fluid level should be about a label ?�MAX?�. When the engine is cold the fluid level must not be below a label ?�MIN?�.

NOTE
Fluid level in the power steering is checked when idling the engine.

1. Remove the tank cap by turning it counterclockwise by about 90 ?� ...
2. ... and add the required amount of hydraulic fluid.
3. Install the plug and wipe drips.
