Design Features

On cars KIA Spectra set lead for starter batteries with a capacity of 55 Ah straight polarity.

WARNINGS
The batteries of the same model can be produced in two versions with different polarity of the connections (terminals "+" and "-" at the different options panels are opposed). Purchase a battery of the same polarity as that of the fixed on the car, as the battery other polarity can not be connected to the onboard network because of insufficient length of the wires and the size of their inconsistency tips. In addition, some manufacturers produce batteries with reduced output size (another standard), which also can not be connected to the onboard power supply of your vehicle.
When working with metal tools Do not short circuit the battery.
When the battery is explosive gas mixture forms, so while charging and battery maintenance is prohibited to smoke or use an open flame. Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area.
If accidentally splashed with skin or eyes, immediately, to medical care, abundantly wash the affected area with water and then with a 2% solution of baking soda (0.5 teaspoon per cup of water).
After any work on the battery Be sure to wash your hands with soap and water.
