Replace the master cylinder reservoir



You will need: pliers, screwdriver with Phillips blade.
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
2. Remove the air filter and air supply hose (see. "Removing and installing the air filter").
3. Unscrew the brake fluid reservoir and pump out the brake fluid reservoir.

4. Disconnect the 2 wires from the brake fluid level sensor and unscrew the nut 1 bracket pads and the brake master cylinder.
5. Loosen the hose clamp on the master cylinder clutch; squeezing it with pliers bent tabs, slide the clamp on a hose ...

6. ... and disconnect the hose from the tank nozzle.
7. Remove the screw fixing the tank to the body of the master cylinder (pictured brake master cylinder is removed for clarity) ...

8. ... and remove the tank, removing it from the connector fitting rubber plugs.
9. If necessary, remove the seals from the holes of the cylinder barrel. Inspect the gaskets and if there are signs of aging rubber, replace them.
10. Install the parts in reverse order of removal. Before installing the tank put on his nipples nipple.

HELPFUL ADVICE
For ease of installation moisten the seals with fresh brake fluid.

11. Fill with brake fluid and Bleed the (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive").
