Replacing the working cylinder of the rear brakes



If during the operation there were streaks of brake fluid in the brake drum and the inner side of the wheel, or stuck piston in the cylinder, replace the slave cylinder.
You will need: face head "10" knob, an extension cord, a special key "11" for nuts, pipes, key to the wheel nuts.
1. Turn on the set and I transmission bearings bars under the front wheels.
2. Remove a corresponding wheel.
3. Remove any dirt from the brake pipe attaching bolts and the working cylinder on the back of a brake board.
4. Remove the brake drum (see. "Replacing the brake drum").

5. Lift the parking brake lever - upper ends of the pad will depart from stops pistons.
6. Remove the brake cylinder from the air release valve, after removing it from the rubber cap.

7. Remove the nut of a brake tube to the working cylinder ...
8. ... and stop the opening of the tube, such as a cap vent valve.

HELPFUL ADVICE
After prolonged use of a brake tube nut "fused" with a tube into one, while trying to unscrew the nut of the tube is twisted and broken. In this case, only slightly stronte tube nut, then turn the bolts of the cylinder and disconnect the tube, svinchivaya cylinder with its nut. After disconnecting the cylinder from the mobility of the released tube nut can be restored by moistening with brake fluid and alternately turning the key to both sides.

9. Remove the two screws on the working cylinder holding the cylinder with the other hand ...
10. ... and remove the working cylinder.
11. Install the slave cylinder in the reverse order of removal.
12. Bleed the brake system (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive").
13. Several times sharply depress the brake pedal to bring the pads to the brake drum.
