The components of the second-stage cylinder dismantling
Fig. 2.134. The components of the second stage of disassembly of the cylinder 1 - a balancing unit (L3, L3 to the valve timing change mechanism); 2 - a cover of a rod; 3 - the lower connecting rod bearing; 4 - the top connecting rod bearing; 5 - the connecting rod and piston assembly; 6 - piston ring; 7 - a cover of the radical bearing; 8 - Lower main bearing, thrust bearing; 9 - the crankshaft; 10 - upper main bearing, thrust bearing; 11 - maslorazbryzgivayuschego valve nozzle; 12 - the block of cylinders; 13 - shim

Remove the balancer unit (motors L3, L3 with variable valve timing mechanism. See Fig. 2.134).
Remove the connecting rod cap. Before removing the cover, check the connecting rod side clearance of the connecting rod (see. Below). Remove the connecting rod bolt from the connecting rod cap, nylon bolt hitting the hammer.
Remove the lower connecting rod bearing.
Remove the upper connecting rod bearing.
Remove the connecting rod and piston assembly.
Remove the piston rings.

Order of easing of bolts main bearing caps
Fig. 2.135. Order of easing of bolts main bearing caps

Before removing main bearing caps, check the axial clearance of the crankshaft. Loosen the bolts main bearing caps for two or three steps in the order shown in Figure 2.135.
Remove the lower molars and thrust bearings.
Remove the crankshaft.
