Upshift manually

To switch the transmission to the adjacent higher transfer (relative to the current program), press the lever backwards ().
If the car is moving slowly, the transmission may not switch to higher gears. When the manual mode, the transmission will not switch to higher gears automatically. Do not exceed the allowable rotation of the crankshaft of the engine: the tachometer needle should not go into the red zone of the scale. If this happens, you can feel the engine braking because the fuel supply to the engine is stopped. This is provided to protect the engine from damage, but it does not indicate any malfunction of the car.
