Withdrawal



NOTE
Removing and installing engine and gearbox in unit with the main transfer is performed from below the car.

Remove the following items:
- The cover of the battery, battery box, battery mounting bracket, battery and battery area;
- The front wheels;
- The lower cover and mud flaps;
- Duct, air hose and the air cleaner;
- The accelerator cable and bracket;
- drive belt.
Drain the following fluids:
- Working fluid for an automatic transmission or gearbox oil in a block with the main transfer;
- Engine coolant;
- Working fluid for power steering.
Disconnect the hose purge valve.
Disconnect the return hose from the power steering oil power steering pump.
Disconnect the pressure line from the power steering steering.
Disconnect the return hose from the power steering power steering reservoir.
Remove the following items:
- The front cross member, front stabilizer, lower arm, steering and engine support element ?��1;
- drive shaft;
- The power steering reservoir with a hose;
- Coolant expansion tank with a hose;
- Unit cooling fan;
- Hose working fluid for the automatic transmission, gear selection cable and wiring harness (model with automatic transmission);
- A cable of a choice of transfer and shift control cable (models with manual transmission);
- The clutch slave cylinder with the pipe (models with manual transmission);
- Land (motor support ?��3);
- Compressor air conditioning system with tubes.

NOTE
Secure the compressor air conditioning systems wire or rope so that it does not interfere with work.

Disconnect the following elements:
- Hose of the vacuum brake booster;
- The fuel hose;
- Tube heat exchanger;
- The upper and lower radiator hose;
- The basic muffler.

ATTENTION
Do not tighten the bolt bearing ?��1 engine to install the engine mounting ?��3.

Check and adjust, if necessary, the following:
- The front axle
- A pulley and belt.
- Leakage of engine oil, engine coolant, working fluid for automatic transmission, manual transmission fluid and fuel.
- Ignition timing and idle speed. Check the CO, CH.
- Operation of auxiliary equipment driven by the engine.

NOTE
If the car engine is installed after overhaul, run a test drive, and make sure that everything is working properly.
