Brake hoses
Brake hoses should be inspected at least twice a year. To prevent a sudden failure of the braking system, carefully check the condition of all piping and connections, paying particular attention to the following: 1. Metal pipelines should not have scratches and corrosion and are located away from sharp edges that may damage them. 2. Brake hose must be elastic and have no cracks and tears and is firmly embedded in the handpiece. Thread the hose must not be damaged. If the brake pedal is pressed the hose is inflated, then broken cords. If any of these defects in the hose must be replaced. The hose should not fall into the mineral oil and grease-dissolving rubber. 3. All bracket pipelines should be safe and well secured. Loose brackets or destruction leads to vibration of pipelines, which causes them damage. 4. There shall be no leakage of brake fluid from the master cylinder connections with pipelines and tank. If damage is found, replace the damaged parts with new ones. Flexible hoses, regardless of their status, are replaced by new after 120 thousand. Km or after five years of operation of the vehicle to prevent sudden breaks due to aging of rubber. Brake Hose, rubbing of the suspension parts to wear out and eventually fails.
