ATTENTION
Always use the pusher pad to the brake booster provers measurements or adjustments.

Install the special tool on the brake booster, as shown in Figure 6.22, and tighten the nominal torque.
The inhaling moment: 9,8-16,0 Nm.

Using a vacuum gauge, create a vacuum in the brake booster value equal to 66.7 kPa (Fig. 6.23).

Using vernier calipers, measure the distance L, as shown in Figure 6.24.
Standard length: 22.7 mm.

If the size L is not correct, as shown, remove the special tool (49 E043 001), and a special device (49 B043 004) to adjust the length of the pusher. Use the special tool (E043 003A) to prevent rotation of the pusher (fig. 6.25).
Remove the special tools, replace a special device (49 E043 001) and then measure the distance L.

Install the master cylinder to the brake booster (Fig. 6.26).

ATTENTION
If, after the installation of the master cylinder, the air does not come out properly due to the braking system tubes even after the procedure for its removal may incomplete disinhibition wheels or other defect. Remove the master cylinder and reinstall it properly.
