Checking on the vehicle



Check the voltage at the terminals of the generator.
Make sure the battery is fully charged.
Make sure that the belt tension and deflection generator at the standard value.
Turn off all electrical consumers.
Turn the ignition switch to ?�START?� to make sure that the generator rotates uniformly and does not make noise during engine operation.

Measure the voltage between the terminals of the generator (see. Fig. 7.6) at idle (at 20 ?� C) Table 7.1.
- Headlights;
- Electric fan heater;
- Rear window heater.
Make sure that the voltage at terminal ?�D?� generator is gradually increased.
