Evaporator

Use evaporator new type, which combines the threaded evaporator (consisting of condensation and the element member supercooling), and the gas-liquid separator (modulator).

The body of the evaporator is covered with a polymer which contains the antibacterial agent to remove the source of odors and the spread of bacteria.

Placing tanks at top and bottom of the evaporator unit, and the internal structure allow the plates to ensure that:

- Improved efficiency of heat transfer;

- The temperature distribution became more uniform;

- The evaporator has become thinner.

In the adopted pre-cooling cycle, after the coolant passes through the condensing element evaporator, liquid and gaseous refrigerants that could not be liquefied, cooled again in an element of supercooling. Thus, the refrigerant sent into the evaporator in the liquid state is almost entirely (Fig. 8.81).
