For convenience, use the remote control (Fig. 7.98) car navigation system of simplified construction. To store the remote control in the center console jack is provided. Buttons and knobs control car navigation system are located on the front panel. The infrared transmitter sends signals via terminals in the front and rear ends of the panel. The infrared sensor, which receives signals from the remote control panel is located in the socket. These signals are transmitted to a liquid crystal monitor. The power source remote control when it is outside the nest, are batteries when the remote is placed in the socket - the power supply connector. (The ignition switch is in the ACC or ON).
NOTE Rechargeable batteries are not charged when the remote control is in the nest. |
