Removing and installing clutch pedal



Remove the trim panel of the instrument cluster.
Remove the instrument cluster.
Remove the top part of the dashboard.
Remove the plug of a pusher of the main cylinder of coupling with a pin. Remove the clamp and remove the pin from the hole.
Remove the clutch pedal.

Disconnect the clutch switch connector. Remove the three screws and remove the clutch pedal assembly from the bracket.

Remove the compression spring servo. To do this, use a small screwdriver, remove the E-ring, then remove the compression spring (Fig. 3.7).
Install the plug pusher sleeve clutch master cylinder. Apply grease to the inside of the new hub. Install the plug in the plug hole clutch pedal.
Install the first buffer clutch pedal.
Install the clutch pedal cover.
Replace the cover of the spring.
Install the plug servo clutch pedal. Before installation, apply grease to the inside of the new hub.

Apply grease to both surfaces of two new hubs clutch pedal and install them in the opening pedal (Fig. 3.8).
Install the clutch pedal assembly to the clutch pedal bracket and fix a bolt and nut.
Torque: 36.8 Nm.

Installation of a compression spring

Apply grease to the contact surface of the sleeve and the compression spring. Using needle nose pliers, install the E-ring and replace the compression spring saddle servo (Fig. 3.9).
Install the clutch pedal assembly and secure with three nuts.
The inhaling moment: 18,6-22,5 Nm
Connect the clutch switch.
Apply grease to the contact surface of the pin and the sleeve hole plugs clutch master cylinder pushrod. Connect the plug with a clutch pedal pin. Replace the pin clip.
Place the upper part of the dashboard.
Install the instrument cluster.
Install the trim panel of the instrument cluster.
Check and adjust the clutch pedal.
