Switch front passenger airbags

The car is equipped with a switch front passenger airbags. Location of the switch shown in Figure 1.148.

The switch allows you to turn off the front and side passenger airbag, as well as corresponding pre-tensioning seat belt. This option is provided in case of installation on the front passenger seat child restraint.

Switch front passenger airbags allows you to deactivate the front and side passenger airbag and seat belt pretensioner corresponding. Sure to turn off the front passenger airbag is in position ?�ON?� (included), except when installed on the front passenger seat child restraint. When you turn the ignition switch to ?�ON?� (ignition switched on) LED disable the front passenger airbag lights up for about 6 seconds (Fig. 1.149).

NOTE

In any of the cases listed below should contact the dealer or qualified to verify the switch front passenger airbags.

- Disconnect the airbag indicator light does not come when you turn the ignition switch to ?�ON?� (ignition on).

- Disconnect the airbag indicator does not light up when the ignition is switched on and the switch front passenger airbag is set to ?�OFF?� (off).

- Disconnect the airbag indicator stays on when the ignition is switched on and the switch front passenger airbag is set to ?�ON?� (included).
