Bleeding the brakes



Bleeding hydraulic brakes needed if the opening of any of the tubing or piping system, and in contact with air in a different way.
On HUNDRED pumping system is pressurized by a special device. At independent performance of their work should be carried out carefully. In no case can not travel in a car with faulty brakes.
Before starting work, remove dirt from all nozzles pumping and reservoir cap. If the preliminary work was carried out on only one caliper, will be sufficient to pump just touched the brake circuit, ie, Front and rear gears. The general procedure for pumping, recommended by the manufacturer: the rear right wheel, front left, rear left, front right. Bleeding the brakes is conducted in the following order:
- Put one end of the transparent hose to the bleeder valve by removing the plug. The other end of hose lowered into the glass container with a small amount of brake fluid;

- Assistant must repeatedly press the brake pedal all the way and hold it. Remove the bolt fitting half a turn (fig. 301), the pedal a little bit lower. Visually inspect the hose leaked brake fluid;
- If it no longer contains air bubbles finish pumping. At last press the pedal to keep it, then wrap a bolt fitting. Then slowly release the pedal.
Similarly, carry out the operation on all the bleeder valve.

Warnings
During pumping is necessary to monitor the fluid level in the tank to prevent air from entering the system. Never fill the tank when pumping the leaked brake fluid. Do not use liquid, which has long been kept in uncovered containers.
