Removing and installing front stabilizer bar

In Fig. 249 is shown mounting stabilizer bar. Stabilizer bar is bolted through the rubber grommets in the locations indicated by the longitudinal beams and connected via a rack to support the fingers of the upper brackets of the suspension. When removing and installing the need to do the following:
- Loosen the mounting bracket of the stabilizer to the longitudinal beams and to separate terminals, with the staples remain in place;
- Suitable rod knock the rubber bushings of the staples;

- Knockout on both sides of the rack to knock out the bearing journals of the upper suspension arms, as shown in Fig. 250. Cartridges are journaled, you can remove them by turning, with a pair of pliers;
- Remove the stabilizer bar;
- Clamp it in a vise and knock off the tip rack. Position racks before that should mark. Rubber bushings also remain on the tips of the forceps and pulled together;
- If necessary, replace the rubber bushings racks, put a rack on the anvil and knock sleeve suitable rod;
- New bushings dampen soapy water and drive in racks;

- Both ends of the stabilizer bar turns hamstring, as shown in Fig. 251, and put on the rack. To facilitate the bush with soapy water to moisten. Finally implant rack plastic hammer;
- Install the stabilizer bar in place and insert it into the bracket. The bolts should be tightened by hand;
- Bush lower ends of the stabilizer struts and moisten with soapy water and put on a pin bearing bracket suspension. Finally, to spread them with a plastic hammer until it stops;
- Rubber sleeve stabilizer moisten from the inside with soapy water and put on a stabilizer bar. Then make them under the bracket and set exactly in the middle;
- To put at the center of the stabilizer and to tighten bolts the moment staples 25-28 Nm.
