Points lifting and towing vehicle
Fig. 12. Points lifting and towing vehicle: 1 - space for a jack; 2 - Front towing eye; 3 - space for safety stands; 4 - Rear towing eye; A - the location of a vehicle lifting points; B - installing spacers LM4519-0000; B - methods of towing vehicle

If necessary, replace the wheel jacks supplied by regular stops at the point of the replaced wheel. Ensure that the flange body has entered into the groove on the head of the jack. Lifting the vehicle with the garage jack or hoist is carried out using the points indicated in Fig. 1.2. In this case it is necessary to use special spacers supplied under the body (see. Fig. 1.2 B).
When towing the car a short distance you should use eye, below the bumpers. When towing over long distances, use a specially equipped vehicle.
Towing vehicles with automatic transmission must be carried out with the front part. If you have to tow the car with their rear wheels, the front wheels by a towing dolly must be used (Fig. 1.2, B).
Not allowed the rise of the vehicle for towing lugs.
As an exception be towed vehicles with automatic transmission on a flexible coupling at a speed not exceeding 50 km / h at a distance of 65 km. Tow rope must be strictly pull forward.
