Shock rear suspension



Rear shock absorber

1 - a nut;

2 - upper wing cushions;

3 - top cushion;

4 - lower wing cushions;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the trim in the luggage compartment, closing access to the upper shock absorber.
2. Remove protective cap 1 (see. Fig. Upper shock absorber) to the upper shock absorber of the luggage compartment.
3. Unscrew the nut 1 (see. Fig. Rear shock), holding the damper rod.
4. Remove the upper casing 2 pillows.
5. Remove the top cushion 3 fixing.
6. Remove the lower wing 4 pillows.
7. Lay the front wheels under the bars.
8. Loosen the wheel bolts.
9. To raise and establish on support a back part of the car.
10. Lift slightly trailing arm beams in the area of fastening of a wheel, making sure that the car does not fell off the supports.
11. Remove the screw 2 (see. Fig. Shock absorber lower mounting) while holding the nut wrench.
12. Lower the trailing arm beam as low as possible and remove the shock absorber.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the bottom cushion 5 (see. Fig. Rear shock) shock absorber.
2. Squeeze the spring 18 special tool.
3. Unscrew the nut 6 (see. Fig. Rear shock).
4. Remove the sleeve 7, the top cup 8 spring clip 10 and spring washer 9.
5. Remove the compression buffer 11.
6. Remove the spring 18.
7. Remove the protective sleeve 12, protective washer 13, lock ring 17, washer 16 and the lower cup 15 of the spring.

Checking the shock absorber

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the shock absorber vertically.
2. Stretch the shock and compress again. Damper piston throughout the stroke is to move with the same resistance, without jamming.
3. Detect failure of the shock absorber can knock while driving on rough roads.
4. Replace defective shock absorber. If the observed significant leakage shock absorber fluid, such as a shock absorber should be replaced.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Assemble shock absorber rear suspension is carried out in reverse order.
2. Make sure that the ends of the spring 18 (see. Fig. Rear shock) laid down in their nests right.
3. Tighten the nut 6 to 15 N ?� m.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the shock absorber rear suspension is carried out in reverse order.
2. Install the bolt 2 (see. Fig. Lower shock absorber), slightly lifting jack trailing arm beams.
3. Tighten the bolt 2 to 15 N ?� m only after lowering the wheels of the car to the ground.
4. Tighten the nut 1 (see. Fig. Rear shock) to 15 N ?� m.
