Rear axle



Rear axle

1 - hub;
2 - an arm;
3 - trailing arm;
4 - wire the parking brake;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the rear brake to the hub.
2. Install the trailing arms on the support beams.
3. To raise and establish on support a back part of the car.
4. Raise slightly trailing arm beams in the area of fastening of a wheel, making sure that the car does not fell off the supports.
5. Remove the screw 2 (see. Fig. Shock absorber lower mounting) while holding the nut wrench.
6. Lower the trailing arm beam as low as possible and remove the shock absorber.
7. Remove the pressure regulator (see. Subsection 10.6), if installed.
8. Disconnect parking brake cables (see. Subpart 10.12).
9. To establish a support beam 11 (see. Fig. Rear axle) rear suspension.
10. Remove bolts 10.
11. Remove the rear axle.
12. Drive out the sleeve 6 of the bracket beams.
A warning

If you need to remove an arm 9 with the body, you must first cut around its outline on the body for further accurate installation bracket.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of the rear axle is carried out in reverse order.
2. Brackets 9 must be installed at an angle of approximately 12 ?� to the rear axle.
3. Right arm 9 is set in the center of the slotted holes.
4. The left arm 9 is set so as to have minimal clearance in the location shown by the arrow in the figure.
5. The sleeve 1 is pressed into the position shown in the figure.
6. Cylindrical end of the sleeve 6 (see. Fig. Rear axle) must protrude from the bracket 8 mm.
7. The bolt heads 10 must be directed to the center of the vehicle.
