Installation of the lever wiper motor glass tailgate

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

2. Open the tailgate.

3. Remove trim from the tailgate.

4. Disconnect the wires from the electric motor 19.

5. Remove the rod 12 with the arm 13 of the motor.

6. Unscrew the three bolts 15, the bracket 20.

7. Remove the bracket 20 to the motor.

8. Unscrew the nut 14 on the motor shaft.

9. Remove the lever 13 of the electric motor.

10. To turn away three bolts of the motor to the bracket.

11. Remove the motor 19 from the bracket 20.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Set the motor 19 on the bracket 20 and tighten the three screws 21.

2. Set the lever 13 to the position shown in Fig. Installing the lever wiper motor glass tailgate and tighten the nut 14 (see. Fig. Wiper glass tailgate).

3. Install the mounting bracket 20 to the motor 32 in a back door.

4. Tighten the screws 15.

5. Install the thrust 12 on a finger lever 13.

6. Attach the wires to the motor 19.

7. Install the trim on the tailgate.

8. Attach the wire to "the minus" plug of the storage battery.

9. Check the operation of the wiper.
