PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the screws 2 (see. Fig. Mount the top shelf) securing the left under the dashboard shelf and pull the shelf 1 down to the left.
3. Remove all the switches of the lining 1 (see. Fig. Details dashboard) instrument cluster. To do this, insert a thin screwdriver into the gap between the lining and the switch, the bottom switch. Use a screwdriver to turn the switch up and remove it from the slot.
4. Disconnect from the switch terminal block with wires. Each block can only be installed on one switch, so when installing switches pads can not be confused.
5. Remove the handle 1 (see. Fig. The mechanism of management of a heater) with the washer 2.
6. Pull the handle 12.
7. Remove the panel 3.
8. Loosen the screws 4 bracket 5 levers, pull the bracket 5 forward and disconnect the cables 6, 7 and 8.
9. Remove the radio. If the car without the radio, remove the plug from the lining 1 (see. Fig. Details dashboard) instrument cluster.
10. Remove the screws 3 and remove the trim 1 dash.
11. Remove the screws 2 (see. Fig. Mount the instrument cluster) and tilt combination of 3 units to withdraw from the engagement protrusion 4 combinations. Pull a little forward combination 3.
12. Disconnect the speedometer cable from the instrument cluster, for this compression mounting bracket 2 (see. Fig. Cable drive the speedometer).
13. Remove the vacuum hose from the Econometrics (if any).
14. Disconnect the two 14-pin connectors are. To do this, insert a screwdriver between the block and the socket and carefully take the connector from the socket, to disengaged the spring latch, and remove the pad from the slot.
15. Remove the instrument cluster.

VOLTAGE REGULATOR

Check

Stabilizer maintains a constant tension in the instrument cluster.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before checking the speedometer, disconnect the cable and vacuum hose from Econometrics.
2. All electrical connection terminals must be connected to the instrument cluster. Do not disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
3. Connect a voltmeter to terminals 1 and 2 (see. Fig. Voltage stabilizer) and turn on the ignition. The voltage stabilizer should be 10 C. If it is above 10.5 and below 9.5 V, Snatch regulator is faulty and must be replaced.

Light emitting diodes

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
When installing the light emitting diodes 2 (see. Fig. Installation of a light diode) is necessary to observe polarity. In order to reduce the probability of error, the negative terminal of the diode 1 bend to one side.

SPEEDOMETER

PERFORMANCE ORDER
To remove the speedometer, turn the screws marked with arrows in Fig. Mounting the speedometer.

Tachometer and fuel gauge coolant temperature

PERFORMANCE ORDER
To remove the coolant temperature, need to loosen the screws 1 (see. Fig. Mount the tachometer). To remove the fuel gauge, it is necessary to unscrew the screw 2 and pull the bar down. To remove the tachometer - unscrew the screws 3.

BODY JACKS terminal block

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the socket body should squeeze screwdriver bar 1 (see. Fig. Housing socket connecting pads) of the body so that it came out of engagement with the projections 2 of the body of the instrument cluster, and move the body 3 in the direction of the arrow.
2. Through the openings in the housing 3 to withdraw from the engagement plastic tabs 1 (see. Fig. Removal of the housing socket connecting pads) and remove from the housing 3 flexible connection bus 2.

MULTI-INDEX

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the multi-pointer, you must unscrew the screws 1 (see. Fig. Multi-pointer of the company VDO or rice. Multi-pointer firms Motometr).
2. pointer Motometr overcome latch 2 in the direction indicated by the arrow.

CIRCUIT BOARD OF CONTROL OIL PRESSURE 1

PERFORMANCE ORDER
To remove the card 2 (see. Fig. PCB control oil pressure) control oil pressure to press the latch 1.

CONNECTING busbars to the clock

The combination of devices depending on the configuration instead of the tachometer can be a clock. In this case, they are joined by two flexible tires.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Tyre 1 (see. Fig. Connecting hours) to ground is inserted under the screw head and clamped to them. Positive tire worn on contact hours and pressed plastic clamp 2.
